For the "XXXIX cycle of the doctoral course in Cultural Heritage and Historical-Artistic, Audiovisual and Multimedia Production" at the University of Turin, ISIG is co-funding a topic-bound doctoral fellowship reserved for the studies in Environmental History of the Alpine area in a period between the Modern and Contemporary Era.

The doctoral fellowship is co-funded by the Italian-German Historical Institute of the Bruno Kessler Foundation in Trento where the candidate must spend at least 18 months during the doctoral program.

A title of preference will be reserved for research projects that address the study of the relationship between nature and society with a focus on the Alpine area, understood in a broad sense and also in comparative perspective.
